Shipping Policy
All shop products are produced and shipped through Printify. Printify is a print-on-demand company that produces and ships as orders come in. I create my designs and connect them to Printify to help cut out the middle man (me) in the production and shipping to help get products to you as soon as possible.
**Once you place an order, there is a 24-hour hold for payment approval. Once payment is received, there is a 3-5 business day wait for production time and a 3-5 business day wait for shipping and delivery. You will receive an order number that will help you track your package; it will also help with any returns you may require.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are handled through Printify. Since Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
**Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
