Customer Care
All of the graphic work is done by me. I do not outsource or use pre-made templates to create designs. The products you can purchase are made and shipped by Printify, and I have no control over shipping or product issues. However, if you have already reached out to Printify and are still having issues, please reach out to me by email, and I will do my best to get it resolved for you.
Privacy & Safety
At this time, I do not collect any of your data or information for myself. This website uses PayPal for payments and Printify for product fulfillment.
Graphic Design Services
If you wish to employ my services to help you brand, rebrand, or market yourself or your business, email me, and let's start the conversation. Disclosure: I am not an illustrator, so if you are looking for elaborate mascot designs, I am limited in my ability to assist. My design style is simple and clean, but I am more than willing to work with you and help bring your vision to life.

If you need marketing materials (e.g., flyers, posters, brochures, etc.) or social media content, I can help with that. Remember that my style might not mesh with the desired outcome, so please see my portfolio before requesting services.

If you are a local band looking to brand yourself and build a press kit, I would love to help at an affordable rate. If you have a show within an hour of Bastrop, TX, and would like to hire me to come to photograph the show, I will also work with you on prices for that service.

Graphic Design Policies
No Communication. After 30 days of no communication from you, the project will be terminated and will be considered canceled. All payments previously made are considered non-refundable for work already produced.

Rights & Ownership. Final payment ensures that only the agreed design becomes the client's property. Any previous ideas/concepts remain the property of Le Birch Designs unless a prior agreement has been made.

Feedback & Amendments. When the first concept is presented to you, I will explain what design decisions have been made. At this point, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if desired. Up to four rounds are included within the project scope. Additional revisions can be added for an additional charge.

Cancellations & Refunds. You can cancel at any time. Please keep in mind that any payment/deposits made may not be refundable, depending on how much work was done on my end. Refunds may be offered at a portion of what was paid if the project was not completed and minimal work was done.

Portfolio & Website Credit. I reserve the right to add completed projects (photography included) to my portfolio and to be credited on your website and/or social media. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform me.

Copyright for Artwork. Graphic designs created in my studio are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after the final payment has been made. Please note that I reserve the right to use stock images in my projects, except for logo designs, which are 100% custom and do not contain stock images. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Le Birch Designs' rights if they are used elsewhere.
